The Russell County Animal Welfare League is now scheduling appointments for May - September 2025 low-cost spay/neuter clinics.
To schedule your pet's spay/neuter, click "Book Your Pet's Appointment" to begin the process. You will pay for your pet's services to complete the scheduling process.

The Russell County Animal Welfare League
The Russell County Animal Welfare League is operated by a small group of volunteers focused on providing low-cost spay/neuter services. We do not operate a shelter and we are not a rescue. We do not have the capacity to take animals into our care. The best way to get in touch with us is by email. We do not have staffing for our telephone number and it may take several days before telephone calls are returned. Phone call responses are usually made by text.
