The Russell County Animal Welfare League is now scheduling appointments for May - September 2025 low-cost spay/neuter clinics.
To schedule your pet's spay/neuter, click "Book Your Pet's Appointment" to begin the process. You will pay for your pet's services to complete the scheduling process.

The Russell County Animal Welfare League is operated by a small group of volunteers focused on providing low-cost spay/neuter services. We do not operate a shelter and we are not a rescue. We do not have the capacity to take animals into our care. The best way to get in touch with us is by email.
